The request was referred to the ACME A112,Main Committee and subsequently assigned to its Panel 18 for Plumbing Fittings.,IAPMOs (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) proposed PS 74,95, Reinforced Flexible Water Connectors, was used as a base document for the development of,t& Standard. While in the development stage, another IAPMO standard, PS 1489, Flexible,Metallic Water Connectors, was also used and the requirements incorporated into this ACME,Standard.
